How to add extra users to your VIXY account
To add extra users to your VIXY account visit the administrator page. You can find the administrator page by clicking on the character icon in the top right corner, in between the gear and the question mark.
To add extra users to your VIXY account go to the administrator page. You can find the administrator page by clicking on the character icon in the top right corner, in between the gear and the question mark. You can do this from any page within the VIXY platform.
Once you are on the administrator page simply click on the Add User.
Once here, simply fill out the required details such as Email, First Name, and Last Name.
Also determine which user role someone should get. Within the video management system, you can easily create and manage multiple user roles. There are six predefined roles:
- Publisher administrator
- Manager
- Content uploader
- Content moderator
- Player designer
- Analyst
For each role, you can easily grant and modify rights. You can also create user roles based on your own definitions.
- When you are sure the details are correct hit save.
